First of all a big welcome back to you all!

We hope that you have all kept safe during the latest lockdown and a refreshed and ready to go for our restart. Remember to keep your cars as sanitised before and after lessons and insist on all your pupils wearing PPE equipment.

Instrucor Portals

One of the things we have been working on during this lockdown is creating an ‘instructor portal’ which is a personalised page for each of you so it is easier to communicate with us. I have listed below each section:

1. Contact Details: Please check if these are up to date. If not, please use the contact form towards the bottom of the page.
2. Additional Details: Same as above
3. Postcode Areas: This needs to be an up to date list of all the areas you do lessons in. If there are any that need add/taking away please fill in the appriopriate field and press send.
4. Voucher Claim: We are trailing selling block booking vouchers in an effort to get more consistent/committed pupils. Each pupil will be sent one hour driving vouchers, which they have six months to use, which has a code on the back. Enter the pupil name and code into this form and we will reimbure the money we are holding for you.
5. Test Pass Photos: This year one of our key aims is to increase our social media activity. Please send any test pass photos of your happy, smiling pupils (including a message from you) using the ‘upload file’ option. Additionaly, any test passes will receive a congratulations email/letter from us which includes a congratulations card, a request to review us on Google and some other vouchers/discounts that will help them on their driving journey.
6. Promotional Material: If you would like some more promotional materials you can request it here. We have newly designed lefleats, business card as well as the traditional appointment cards.
7. More Pupils: If you are short on pupils just let us know and we will endavour to get more leads over to you, equally when your diary is full let us know and we can scale it back until you are ready for more.

The portal is designed to help the two way flow of communication. It is entirely your choice how much you use it but we would like to encourage it. We are, of course, always a text or phone call away!
